Homemade Granola

Homemade Granola

3 cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal
1/3 cup coconut
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 TBS. wheatgerm
2 TBS. flaxseed
3 TBS. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup total whatever (sunflower seeds, sliced almonds, walnuts, etc...)
1/2 cup raisins or craisins
Microwave oatmeal for 2 minutes.  Add everything, except raisins, and stir.  Microwave for 1 minute, stir.  Microwave 1 minute, stir.  Microwave 1 minute, add raisins, and stir.  Microwave 1 minute, stir.  Spread out on wax paper and let cool.  It will harden, slightly. 
You can use this as a cereal, put on yogurt or enjoy as a snack.
My kids love having this in the morning with yogurt before school.
